Society Registration

As we know that there are two kinds of charitable societies in India (1) State Level and (2) All India Level.

Documents and Information we need for State Level:

Name of Society
Purpose of Society
7 member from same state
Their position (president, secretary, treasure, executive member, etc……etc….)
Their photo ID proof (i.e. photocopy of voter id card, passport, driving license)
ownership proof of your registered office (i.e. photo copy of water bill or house tax receipt or registered GPA or Sale Deed)

Note: - AADHAR CARD is Mandatory.

Documents and Information we need for All India Level:

  • Name of Society
  • Purpose of Society
  • 8 member from 8 different state
  • Their position (president, secretary, treasure, executive member, etc……etc….)
  • Their photo ID proof (i.e. photocopy of voter id card, passport, driving license)
  • ownership proof of your registered office (i.e. photo copy of water bill or house tax receipt or registered GPA or Sale Deed)

Amendment in Society Registration

In 'Online Services' we deliver the services to amend registered Society/NGO under Society RegistrationAct in Delhi. In online services we will preparation filing application, notifying acceptance of the application and remove objections thereto by the authorities.
Every society can be amended with the signature and approval of the General Secretary or President. The final amendment shall be approved by the Registrar of Society.
Documents and information we need

  1. Name, address, and status of applicant,
  2.  Duly registered Society, the district/ ward circle where assessed/PAN number.
  3. Audited Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account or Income & Expenditure Account
  4. Rules & Regulation, Memorandum of Association etc. and registration certificate.
  5. Name & Addresses of those who left the organization but were managing the affairs of the association.
  6. Minutes Book of the Governing Body/Managing Committee
  7. Proof of service of agenda/notice to the members of the Governing/General Body.
  8. Minutes Book of the General Body
  9. Membership Register
  10. The Proposal which has been adopted by the General Body Meeting
  11. An affidavit and NOC to the effect by the President and Secretary and of the society that the society does not have any kind of encumbrance.
  12. Comparative Statement of existing provisions and amended provisions

Revocation of Society / NGO

In 'Online Services' we deliver the services to revoke registered Society/NGO under Society Registration Act in Delhi. As per provision of Society Registration Act 1860 any society can be revoked.

Documents and information we need

  1. Reason for revocation
  2. Name, address, and status of applicant,
